I already have developers. Can this still work?

Yes, and it often works better. Your Fractional CTO leads your existing team, adds the strategic layer you are missing, and fills execution gaps where needed. We are not here to replace what works. We are here to elevate it.

Who owns the IP and source code?

You do. 100%, from day one. All intellectual property, source code, and design assets are yours. We sign an NDA before any discussion begins. You are always in full control.
