The Client

H3Sciences distributes products across a large retail network — over 1,700 stores. By the time they came to us, the operation had grown faster than the systems holding it together.

The Problem

Nobody could see anything.

Orders were placed over calls. Delivery statuses were anyone's guess. The operations team was juggling warehouses, trucks, routes, and 1,700+ retail accounts through a patchwork of manual processes and disconnected tools. Store owners had no way to check their orders, track shipments, or pull invoices without calling someone

It worked — until it didn't.
