H3Sciences
Warehouse & Delivery Management Platform
The Client
H3Sciences distributes products across a large retail network — over 1,700 stores. By the time they came to us, the operation had grown faster than the systems holding it together.
The Problem
Nobody could see anything.
Orders were placed over calls. Delivery statuses were anyone's guess. The operations team was juggling warehouses, trucks, routes, and 1,700+ retail accounts through a patchwork of manual processes and disconnected tools. Store owners had no way to check their orders, track shipments, or pull invoices without calling someone
It worked — until it didn't.
Shipments moved blind.
No centralized tracking meant the operations team and retailers were left chasing updates through calls and messages
Every process was manual
Order processing, inventory control, delivery allocation — all running through separate systems, creating delays and errors at every handoff.
Retailers had no access.
Store owners couldn't place an order, view an invoice, or track a delivery on their own. Everything required someone on the other end.
Scaling was becoming impossible.
1,700+ customers, multiple warehouses, rotating truck routes — without a single system tying it together, growth was adding pressure instead of revenue.

How an Order Moves Through the System
Inventory Prep → Retailer Ordering → Order Processing → Shipment Creation → Route & Truck Allocation → Delivery Tracking → Invoice & Completion
What Changed
The ops team stopped firefighting.
One dashboard replaced the calls, the spreadsheets, and the guesswork. Inventory, orders, shipments, and invoices — all in one place.
Retailers stopped waiting.
Store owners went from calling in every order to managing everything themselves. Orders placed on the app. Invoices downloaded on the app. Deliveries tracked on the app.
Deliveries became trackable.
Live shipment tracking means both sides of the supply chain — warehouse team and retail partner — know exactly where every delivery stands.
The platform grows with the business.
The modular Laravel architecture means H3Sciences can add customers, routes, and warehouses without rebuilding anything.
