iTechnolabs development team began working with the client in July 2021 to develop their web application with all features and modifications. They later expanded the project to include the client’s full production system. The iTechnolabs design team also contributed by creating the UI/UX interface for the client’s web dashboard.
The client is an AI-based software company that specializes in speech-to-text and voice analytics. They focus on automated quality management for customer interactions, AI-driven analysis of unstructured voice data, and script adherence.Â
